A little anecdote: each bedroom is named after one of the owner's ancestors, who left their mark on the history of Bois-Brinçon!
Common areas
You will enter through a spacious living room which includes a lounge with fireplace. This space encourages conversation and interaction.
To prepare all your meals, you will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, induction cooktop, large American-style refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kitchen appliances, toaster…
Vineyard Side
To the right of the main room, you will find two bedrooms: Léontine and Mathurine. The first has two single beds (90x200 cm) with a sink, and the second has a king-size bed (180x200 cm) which can be divided into two single beds upon request.
You will have access to a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer.
Loire side
On the left, you will find the Eugénie, Adèle, and Perrine rooms. The Eugénie and Adèle rooms are identical, each offering a double bed (180x200 cm) that can be divided into two single beds upon request and a sink. The Perrine room is on a mezzanine level and has a sink and a single bed (90x200 cm).
You will have access to a toilet and a bathroom with a double sink, shower, and hairdryer.
The floor on the vineyard side
From the main room, access the Celestine and Honorine rooms via the stairs. The first offers a double bed (180x200 cm) that can be divided into two single beds upon request and a washbasin, while the second offers a single bed (90x200 cm) and a washbasin. On the landing, you will find a shower and a separate toilet.
The mezzanine on the Loire side
From the main room, take the stairs on the left to the Victorine room. It features a king-size bed (180x200 cm) that can be split into two single beds upon request and a single bed (90x200 cm), separated by a partition. You will also have access to a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is also an external staircase.
Your private outdoor space
In front of your holiday cottage for 15 people near Angers, you will have access to a private outdoor area. There you will find 3 picnic tables, garden chairs, parasols, and a charcoal barbecue.
